Our quality statement sums up our customer-centered quality philosophy very well. We first strive to thoroughly understand our customers' requirements, then we utilize well-documented processes along with innovative, creative thinking to deliver value that exceeds our customers' expectations.
Williams-Pyro is ISO 9001-2000 and AS9100 registered, and utilizes a well-documented Quality Management System (QMS). We consider many of our processes to be "best practices", including cross-functional program management, integrated information systems (ERP system), supplier management, and inspection / quality assurance. Continuous improvement is embedded in everything we do, including significant Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives in all functional areas. We also regularly review a "balanced" scorecard to measure how we are performing.
Williams-Pyro is also very committed to keeping costs to a minimum for our customers, and to sharing cost savings with participating team members. Our quality culture emphasizes doing things right the first time and avoiding costly delays, errors, rework, cost overruns, or quality problems.
